IB: What influenced you to become involved with music in the way that you have?

My mom and my grandmother ,well actually my gradmother usd to sing to me every nite so that's really what influenced me....

IB: …and How did you get into music?

Actually i got into music by my grandmother and my mom as i said before well i lived with my grandmother mostley and she was a proffesional performng arts teacher and vocalist teacher and she always would sign me up for for singing acting and dancing things. That's actually how i became so involved

IB: Tell us about you, when did you begin playing music?

yes I was taught by one of my biggest insprations to play music....his name is sonny la rosa and he got me really into playing music ,and all the stuff that sonny has taught me u cant put a price tag on it because its such a great gift i dont know why anyone wouldn't want to make music...and i would like to thank sonny from the bottom of my heart for giving me one of the greatest gifts in the world the gift of making music....

IB: How did you become involved in the Sonny LaRosa and America's Youngest Jazz Band?

Well my grandmother saw a little pamflet or i think magazine with sonny in it and she said would u like to give that a try and i said sure i'm always up for a challenge and to learn somthing new...

IB: What's your long-term goals?

to just take my singing and instrument playing as far as i can go there is no limit with determination to really excel and get more kids and adults to listen to jazz and appreciate it the way sonny and all the members of his band do. sonny is a trully great man who really appreciates jazz the way it should be appreciated ...

IB: How long have you been performing?

i have been performing for 8 years

IB: What other artists do you admire? And what bands\artists inspired you the most early on?

well there's gloria gaynor areatha franklin cheryl lynn sonny la rosa louie sachmo amstrong tommy dorsey count basee the jive aces frank sanatra peggy lee ella fitzgerald

IB: What do you want out of life?

i want to make other people appreciate music the way it should be appreciated and i want to become a famous singer and trombone player

IB: Where do you want to be in the future?

id like to be an actress singer and a musican and be a pro dancer and open my own studio
